ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 02250 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MIDDLETON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Middleton, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said Section 7 and <br />the centerline of USH 014; thence S 680 30' W along said centerline, <br />1905.8 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 660.0 feet; thence <br />West 74.5 feet; thence S 030 28' W, 118.5 feet; thence S 26° 05' W to <br />a point which is due North from a point on the centerline of said USH <br />#14, 198.0 feet from the point of beginning; thence South to the point <br />of intersection with said centerline; thence N 681 30' E, along said <br />centerline 198.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />APR 13 1979 <br />
