ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2252 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of MIDDLE'.T'ON The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to include in the RE- 1 Recreational District the following described land: Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 15 and a part of the N 1/2 of Section 16, Town of Y-Fiddleton, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 16; thence West along the North line of Section 16, 292.3 feet; thence South 770.0 feet; thence West 300.0 feet; thence North 405.0 feet; thence West 730.0 feet; thence North 365.0 feet to the North line of Section 16, thence West along the North line of Section 16; 1322.3 feet more or less, to the North quarter corner of Section 16; thence continue West along the North line of Section 16, 2644.6 feet more or less, to the Northwest corner of Section 16; thence South along the West line of Section 16, 1333.2 feet ,more or less; thence East along the South line of N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 16, 2555.68 feet; thence Southeasterly 141.23 feet to the North-South quarter line of Section 16; thence South along the North-South uuarter line 1183.38 feet to the North line of Blackhawk Road; thence East along the North line of Blackhawk Road 2585.6 feet to the East line of Section 16; thence North along the East line of Section 16, 297.0 feet; thence East parallel to Blackhawk Road 1287.0 feet, more or less, to the West line of Pleasant View Road; thence North along West line of Pleasant View Road 565.3 feet, more or less; thence West 829.0 feet; thence North 791.0 feet; thence East 825.59 feet to the West line of Pleasant View Road; thence North along the West line of Pleasant View Road 950.0 feet to the North line of Section 15; thence West along the North line of Section 15, 1287.6 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Section 15 and the point of begin- ning.
