ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2254 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />DFNE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Dane , described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the North cruarter corner of said Section 24; thence <br />N 890 E, 300.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br />N 890 E, 373.0 feet; thence South 326.33 feet; thence S 89° W, 373.0 <br />feet; thence North 326.33 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AF I R I ,o 1279 <br />J <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
