ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2256 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />FITC'HBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the A—B Agriculture—Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 of Section 14, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section la; thence <br />S 00° 43' 17" W, along the North-South quarter line of said Sec- <br />tion 14, 641.0 feet to its intersection with the East right-of-way <br />line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company; thence S 02° <br />02' 54" W, along said East right-of-way line, 112.15 feet to the <br />point of beginning; thence S 87° 57' 06" E, 1650.0 feet; thence <br />S 020 02' 54" W, 1698.7 feet; thence S 36° 43' 29" W, 184.54 feet; <br />thence N 88° 16' 31" W, 1528.53 feet to a point on the East right- <br />of-way line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company; thence <br />along said East right-of-way line on an arc of a 8,326.06 foot <br />radius curve to the right whose long chord bears N 00° 14' 39" E, <br />524.27 feet; thence N 020 02' 54" E, along said East right-of-way <br />line, 1335.13 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE:3 <br />2 fP <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
