ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2261 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUT7,AND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the p=1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Plat of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Rutland de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot #1 of Certified Survey <br />Map #1323 as recorded on page 275 in volume 5, of Certified Sur- <br />vey Maps in the Dane County Register of Deeds Office; thence West <br />1890.48 feet; thence North 664.15 feet; thence N 00° 07' 30" W, <br />1245.12 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 00° 07' <br />30" W, 494.89 feet to the centerline of Old STH #138; thence S 47° <br />O1' W along said centerline 770.61 feet; thence S 420 59' E, 235.25 <br />feet; thence N 520 E, 328.57 feet; thence N 89° 52' 30" E, 145.52 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: MAY 14- 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
