ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2262 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />RU'_"LAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial & Licrht M_fcr, District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SN 1/4 and a part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of <br />Section 9, Town of Futland, described as follows: <br />The South 198.0 feet of the said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the West <br />200.0 feet of the North 874.5 feet of the said SE 1/4 SN 1/4. <br />EFFECTIVE: 101AY 14 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
