ZONING ORDINANCE AVE DMENT N0. 2 2 6 3 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of <br />DEERFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield bE <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Deerfield, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br />N 02° 35' W, along the centerline of STH #73, 140.0 feet; thence <br />S 87' 25' TVT to the West right-of-way line of STH 073 and the point <br />of beginning; thence continue S 87° 25' W, 100.0 feet; thence S 02° <br />35' E, 750.0 feet; thence N 87° 25' W to the West right-of-way line <br />of STH #73; thence Northerlv alonq said right-of-way line to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE • Vis ,+ x` 1 ` <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
