ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 02274 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 5; thence East <br />along the North line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 for a distance of 511.5 <br />feet; thence S 03° 09' W, 418.0 feet; thence West parallel to the <br />said North line, 205.0 feet; thence N 03° 09' E, 418.0 feet to the <br />said North line; thence East along the said North line 205.0 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 17 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
