ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2275 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />MIDDLETON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mid dlcto n be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Middleton, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence <br />West along the North line of the said NW 1/4 SE 1/4 364.05 feet to <br />the point of beginning; thence continue West along said North line <br />376.15 feet; thence S 00° 16' W, 251.61 feet; thence Easterly to a <br />point that is S 00° 05' E, 241.78 feet from the point of beginning; <br />thence N 00° 05' W, 241.78 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 15 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
