ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2277 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PT FAI�ANT '�PRTNCT� <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the 1,E 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 11; thence East <br />along the North line of said Section 11 to the centerline of Church <br />Road; thence Southeasterly along the said centerline of Church Road, <br />220.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Southeasterly <br />along said centerline 460.0 feet; thence Southwesterly at right angles, <br />233.0 feet; thence Northerly 170.0 feet; thence Northwesterly 200.0 <br />feet; thence Northwesterly 70.0 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel, <br />with said centerline 75.0 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles <br />200.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 17 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
