ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 227 8 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />CHRISTIANA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br />amended to include in the RH-I Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Christiana de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection <br />of the East <br />right- <br />of- way <br />line of <br />1-90 and the North line of said SE 1/4 SW <br />1/4 of <br />Section <br />20; thence <br />East 607.0 feet; thence South <br />262.0 feet; <br />thence <br />East 42.0 <br />feet; <br />thence South 390.0 feet to the <br />East right- <br />of- way <br />line of <br />1-90; thence <br />Northwesterly along said right- <br />of- way line <br />900.0 <br />feet more <br />or less to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 21 IYA <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
