ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2297 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />C OTTACT C7RC)VE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map #2849 as recorded on page <br />#200 i n volume 11 of Certified Survey Maps i n the Dane County Re- <br />gister of Deeds Office which is located in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 32, Town of Cottage Grove, described as follows: <br />Commencing <br />at <br />the Northeast corner of <br />said Lot #2; thence S 890 10' <br />50" <br />W, 494.76 <br />feet; thence S 00° 49' <br />10" E, 25.0 feet to the point <br />of <br />beginning; <br />thence N 89° 10' 50" E, <br />208.73 feet; thence S 00° 49' <br />10" <br />E, 208.73 <br />feet; thence S 89° 10' <br />50" W, 208.73 feet; thence N 000 <br />49' <br />10" W, <br />208.73 <br />feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />4 <br />EFFECTIVE 11 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
