ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2298 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the B- 1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and a part of the NE 1/4 SV 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 7, Town of Fitchburg, described as follows: <br />Beginning on the South line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4 at a point that <br />is 652.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4,- <br />thence <br />/4;thence N 30° 45" W, 691.0 feet to the centerline of Nesbitt Road; <br />thence Southwesterly along said centerline 286.0 feet; thence S 30° <br />45' E, 703.9 feet to the rail road right-of-way; thence Northeasterly <br />along said right-of-way 286.4 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL IS 1579 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
