ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2300 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the C-1 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Burke, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 10; thence North <br />231 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 95 feet; <br />thence N 88° E, 300 feet; thence South 95 feet; thence S 88° W, 300 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JELL 12 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
