ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2301 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be <br />amended to include in the R-3 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SAV 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Madison, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the center of said <br />Section <br />36; thence South 980.70 <br />feet; thence <br />S 77' 10' E, 335.80 <br />feet; thence <br />South 533.20 <br />feet; <br />thence S 89° <br />59' E, 110.60 feet; <br />thence <br />S 01° 21' W, 60.0 <br />feet to <br />the point of <br />beginning; thence S <br />O1° 21' <br />W, 140.0 feet; <br />thence N 89° <br />59' W, 134.42 <br />feet; thence N 0.0° <br />17' 36" <br />E, 139.96 feet; <br />thence <br />S 89° 59' E, <br />137.0 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 13 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
