ZONING ORDINANCE ANE\EMENT N0. 2302 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the RH—I Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the 1\E 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Verona, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner <br />of said <br />Section 35; <br />thence <br />N 000 33' W, 2619.35 feet; thence N 880 <br />30' E, <br />767.95 feet <br />along <br />the centerline of Sunset Drive to the point <br />of <br />beginning; <br />thence <br />N 030 44' E, 529.11 feet; thence S 88° <br />30' W, <br />305.95; fbet <br />thence <br />S 030 44' W, 529.11 feet; thence N 88° <br />30' E, <br />305.95 feet <br />to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 11 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
