ZONING ORDINANCE A IEN LENT DTO. 2432 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain: <br />That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances he amended as follows: <br />1. Repeal ss 10.01 (83) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(83) Yard: A yard is an open space on a zoning lot which is unoccupied or unobstructed <br />from its lowest level to the sky, except as otherwise provided herein. For the <br />purpose of this ordinance, a "yard" extends along a lot line to a depth or width speci- <br />fied in the yard regulations for the zoning district in which such zoning lot is located. <br />2. Repeal ss 10.01 (84) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(84) Yard, Front: A front yard is a yard paralleling along the full length of the front <br />lot line between the side lot lines. <br />3. Repeal ss 10.01 (85) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(85) Yard, Rear: A rear yard is a yard paralleling along the full length of the rear lot <br />line between the side lot lines. <br />4. Repeal ss 10.01 (86) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(86) Yard, Side: A side yard is a yard paralleling along a side lot line from the front yard <br />to the rear yard. <br />5. Repeal ss 10.12 (Non-exclusive) (2) (k). <br />7. Renumber ss 10.12 (Non-exclusive) (2) (1) thru (o) to (k) thru (n). <br />8. Renumber ss 10.12 A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) to ss 10.123. <br />9. Create a new ss 10.123 (11) to read as follows: <br />(11) APPLICABILITY: This Section shall apply only to those Towns which have filed a reso- <br />lution with the County Clerk indicating the election of the Town to come under provi- <br />sions of this district. Towns which have filed resolutions indicating acceptance of <br />the exclusive agriculture district prior to the date of this amendment shall continue <br />to be under the provisions of this Section. <br />10. Create a new ss 10.12 (9) to read as follows: <br />(9) APPLICABILITY: This Section shall apply to all Towns within Dane County, except <br />those which have elected to come under the provisions of Section 10.123 of the ane <br />
