ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2560 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />DUNKIRK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Dunkirk, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 21; thence East 527.61 feet; thence <br />S 110 07' 35" W, 569.7 feet; thence S 07° 39' 53" W, 568.58 feet; thence S 82° 20' 07" <br />E, 33.0 feet to the point of beginning of this description- thence N 07° 39' 53" E, <br />256.0 feet, more or less, along the East line of C.T.H. NA to a point which is 66.0 <br />feet South of and parallel to the South line of property described in volume 618, page <br />203; thence S 88° 20' 07" E, 175.14 feet, along a line that is 66.0 feet South of and <br />parallel to the South line of said property; thence S 07° 39' 53" W, 274.3 feet, core <br />or less; thence N 82° 20' 07" W, 174.18 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />
