ZONING ORDINANCE AMNDP?ENT NO. 2562 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain as follows: <br />That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances be amended as follows: <br />1_ Create a new ss 10.126 (1) (m) and (n) to read as follows: <br />(m) Boarding stables. <br />(n) Horse show fa c i 1 i t i e s but not including commercial shows and rodeos where <br />admission is charged. Shall be subject to the following conditions: <br />1_ Adequate off-street parking shall be provided for both participants and <br />audience vehicles. <br />2. Food services, drinking water supplies and toilet facilities shall be <br />approved by the Dane County Health Department. <br />2. Amcnd ss 10.123 (3) (b) and 10.126 (1) (a) to read as follows: <br />(a) (b) Residences to be occupied by a person who, or a family at 1 e ast one nun- <br />ber of which earns a substantial part of his or her livelihood from <br />-farm eperat}ens sales oL products produced on the farm payee -1 Subject <br />to the provisions of Chapter 28, 75.. Create a new ss 10.25 (2) (g) to read as follows: <br />(9) Any permit obtained thru material misrepresentation shall be null and void. <br />4.
