ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2565 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SJV 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Westport, described as follows: Begin- <br />nang at a point that is N 89° 32' W, 189.0 feet from the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 <br />SJV 1/4; thence North 24.75 feet; thence N 89° 32' W, 189.0 feet; thence N 46° 40' W, <br />1003.6 feet; thence N 22" 17' W, 678.3 feet to the North line of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4 thence <br />West to the Northwest corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South to the railroad rigi-t-of- <br />way; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way to the South line of said Section 9; <br />thence S 89° 32' E, 198.7 feet to the point of beginning, also that part of the SJV 1/4 <br />W 1/4 of said Section 9 that lies Northerly of the railroad right of way. <br />EFFECTIVE: 9,E 0 13 1�� 8 a <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
