Z0R1 NG ORDINANCE ANENT MENT N0. 2566 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />HTCMURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />t <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 1*,E 1/4 of <br />Section 16, Town of <br />Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the Northeast corner of said Section <br />16; thence S 89° 15' <br />W, 1297.3 feet <br />along the North line to the <br />point of beginning; <br />thence continue S 89° <br />15' W, 408.30 <br />feet along said North line; <br />thence S 03° 58' E, <br />333.81 feet; thence N <br />89° 15' E, 379.37 <br />feet; thence N 01* 02' E, 333.05 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: J <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
