ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2436 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />VE ROMA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona <br />amended to include i n the A—B Aar culture—Business <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Verona, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said NE 1/4 ME 1/4; thence <br />North 127 feet; thence East 220 feet; thence South 127 feet to the <br />South line of the said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence Vest 220 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />This amendment shall become , effective, if within forty (40) days, <br />following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the owner <br />or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions running <br />in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br />The premises may 5e used only for a 1 1 of the uses permitted in the <br />A -B Agriculture -Business District except stock yards, livestock auc- <br />tion harns and yards, livestock and farm commodity trucking services. <br />EFFECTIVE: Cdr [v <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
