ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2435 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />SPRT_NGDALE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of S grin g d ale be <br />amended to include in the A—B Agriculture— Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 ME 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Springdale, de <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 13; thence S 8.9° <br />19' 22" W, 1324.53 feet along the North line of said Section 13; <br />thence S 00° 17' 56" W, 1322.31 feet along the West line of said NE 1/4 <br />NE 1/4; thence N 89° 19' 32" E, 670.0 feet along the South line of <br />said NE 1/4 ME 1/4; thence North 495.5 feet along the centerline of <br />unnamed town road to the point of beginning; thence West 311.0 feet; <br />thence North 504.0 feet; thence East 311.0 feet thence South 504.0 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: APR 12 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
