ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2593 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ALBION <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Outlots 43, 44 and 61 of the Assessor's Plat of the Village of Albion, locates <br />in the &V 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Albion, described as follows: Beginning at the <br />intersection of the centerli.nesof STH #106 and U.S.H. #51; thence S 41° 5.1' E along °.le <br />centerline of USH #51, 189.2 feet; thence Southeasterly along said centei-line 143 fea- <br />to the point of beginning; thence continue Southeasterly along said centerline, 424 feet; <br />thence N 22° 02' E, 26.1 feet; thence N 31° 04' W, 193.6 feet; thence N. 38° 06' W to a <br />point that is on a line extended Northeasterly from the point of beginning at right angles <br />to the centerline of U.S.H. #51; thence Southwesterly along said extended line to th_ point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: r- ED 16 11,981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
