ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2594 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to fnclude in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, <br />Town of Rutland, described as follows: Commencing <br />at the Northwest corner of <br />said Section <br />32; thence <br />N 88° 55' 01" <br />E 397 feet, more or <br />less, to the Westerly line <br />of U.S.H. <br />14; thence S <br />43° 23' E 1160 <br />feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning; <br />thence S <br />46° 37' W 400 <br />feet; thence .S <br />43° 23' E 300 feet, more <br />or less; thence N 86° 09' <br />03" E 450 <br />feet, more or <br />less; thence N <br />31° 05' 51" W 275 feet, <br />more or less; thence N 43° <br />23' W 320 <br />feet, more or <br />less to 'the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE= <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
