ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2595 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />VERMONT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Vermont, described as foliows: &gin- <br />ning at a point in the centerline of C.T.H. "FF", said point begin 2624.48 feet East <br />of and 690.15 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Section 6; thence Sout :easterly, <br />302.98 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a central angle of 07" 07' 59" <br />and a radius of 2433.69 feet, said arc also being the centerline of C.T.H. "FF", the long <br />chord which bears S 44° 49' 17" E, 302.79 feet; thence S 48° 23' 16" E, 24.49 feet ayong <br />the centerline of C.T.H. "FF"; thence S 40° 53' 42" w, 154.20 feet; thence S 80° 27' 30" <br />W, 91.41 feet; thence N 29" 45' 05" W, 167.28 feet; thence N 06" 03' 02" w, 61.11 feet; <br />thence N 17° 17' 35" E, 164.17 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FEB 16 1i <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
