ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2611 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MADISON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be <br />amended to include in the R-3 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Madison, described as follows: Commencing <br />at the NW comer of said SE 1/4; thence South along the West line of said SE 1/4; <br />980.70 feet; thence S 77° 10' E, 428.01 feet to the point of beginning; thence South <br />272.40 feet; thence East 205.80 feet; thence North 225.50 feet; thence N 77° 10' 00" <br />W, 211.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FEB 16 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
