ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2612 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchhurcr be <br />amended to include in the A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 M 1/4 and a part of the hE 1/4 SE 1/4 and a part of the ISE 1/4 hE 1/4 <br />of Section 25, Town of Fitchburg, described as follows: Beginning at the ISE corner of <br />the SE 1/4 hE 1/4 of said Section 25, thence Southerly along the East section line to the <br />SE comer of the N 1/2 hE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 25; thence ?westerly along the South <br />line of the N 1/2 hE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 25 to the East line of Timber Lake Knolls <br />Plat; thence Northerly 48 feet; thence Westerly to the East right-of-way line of County <br />Trunk Highway MM; thence Northerly 631 feet along the East right-of-way of said highway; <br />thence Easterly 313.3 feet; thence Northerly 177.0 feet; thence Westerly 313.1 feet to the <br />East right-of-way of said highway; thence Northerly 66 feet along said right-of-way; <br />thence Easterly 180 feet; thence Northerly to a point 350 feet North of the South line of <br />the SE 1/4 ISE 1/4 of Section 25; thence Easterly 287 feet; thence Northerly 520 feet; thence <br />Westerly 467 feet; thence Northerly aYong the East right-of-way of County Trunk Highway MM <br />to the North line of the SE 1/4 hE 1/4 ,of Section 25; thence Easterly to the point of be- <br />ginning.
