ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2613 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ALBION <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be <br />amended to include in the Rx -3 Rural Homes 3 District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Government Lots #1 & #2, Section 13, Town of Albion, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 13; thence West 1386.00 along the <br />North line of said Government Lot #1 and the centerline of Craig Road; thence <br />South 700 feet parallel to the North-South quarter line; thence S 70° W, 370 feet <br />more or less to the water'sedge of Rice Lake which is the point of beginning; <br />thence N 70° E, 370 feet more or less; thence North 700 feet parallel to and <br />1386.0 feet from the North-South quarter line; thence East 66.0 feet along the <br />North line of said Government Lot #1 and the centerline of Craig Road thence South <br />2640.0 feet more or less parallel to and 1320.0 feet from the North-South quarter <br />line to the South line of Government Lot #2; thence West 380.0 feet more or less <br />along the south line of Government Lot #2 to the water's edge of Rice Lake; thence <br />Northerly along the water's edge of said Rice Lake to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 16 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
