ZONING ORDINANCE ANEINDMENT N0. 2614 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 35 of the Town of Dunn, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 35; thence N 01° 14' W, 814.99 <br />feet to the point of beginning, also being the Southeast comer of Lot ##1 of Certified <br />Survey Map #1142; thence S 87° 40' 10" W, 288.57 feet; thence S 00° 40' 50" W, 206.24 <br />feet; thence S 86° 36' 20" W, 229.79 feet; thence N 00° 40' 50" E, 283.15 feet; thence <br />N 870 43' 51" E, 515.45 feet; thence S 01° 14' E, 78.05 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FED 16 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
