ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2615 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />VEPA/UNr <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be <br />amended to include i n the PH -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Vermont, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 26; thence S 01° 51' 42" W <br />906.85 feet along the East line of said quarter to the point of beginning; thence <br />continue S 01° 51' 42" W 415.00 feet; thence West 300.00 feet; thence N 01° 51' 42" <br />E 480.39 feet to the centerline of a town road; thence S 77° 37' 30" E 304.96 feet <br />to the point of beginning of this description. <br />EFFECTIVE: MAR 16 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
