ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 0 2 473 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DLFASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the 2tiE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Pleasant Springs, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 4; thence West <br />390.43 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West 250.0 feet; <br />thence S 01° 30' W, 254.0 feet; thence East 250.0 feet; thence 1`T 01° 30' <br />E, 254.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECm-IVES !IUL 16 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
