District. <br />Part of Lot 41 of Certified Survey Map #2837 -as recorded on page 181 <br />in volume 11 of Certified Survey`Maps and is located in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4. <br />of Section 18, Town of Bristol, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1; thence N 89° 11' 30" <br />E, 217.0 feet; thence N 01° 53' 20" W, 125.0 feet; thence S 89° 11' 30" <br />W, 217.0 feet thence S 01° 53' 20" E, 125.0 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning. <br />
