ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2476 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the RE -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the W 1/4 of Section 20, Town cif Pleasant Springs, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the North <br />auarter corner <br />of said <br />Section 20; thence <br />S 01° <br />07' 44" Wr 1005.56 feet; <br />thence S 82° <br />23' 09" W, <br />33.39 feet to the <br />point <br />of beginning; thence S 01' <br />07' <br />44" W, <br />292.66 feet; <br />thence along a <br />curve <br />to the right with a radius <br />of <br />150.0 feet <br />and a <br />long chord which hears <br />S 410 20' 36" W, 193.70 <br />feet; <br />thence S <br />81° 33' <br />28" W, 37.79 feet; <br />thence <br />N 17° 31' 35" TSI, 423.31 <br />feet; <br />thence N <br />82° 23' <br />09" E, 301.23 feet <br />to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUN 14 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
