Kaltenberg are the owner or <br />owners of the following described land in the Town of Verona, <br />Dane County, Wisconsin to -wit: <br />Part of Lot 02 of Certified Survey Map #1547 as recorded on <br />page #313 in volume 6 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane <br />County Register of Deeds offfice and is a part of the SW 1/4 <br />NE 1/4 of Section 5, T6N, RBE, Town of Verona, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Sec- <br />tion 5; thence S 000 58' W, 1389.3 feet; thence N 88° 23' E, <br />300.0 feet; thence S 00° 58' W, 391.70 feet; thence N 70° 16' <br />E, 134.22 feet; thence S 50° 39' 40" E, 67.32 feet to the point <br />of beginning; thence S 70° 16' W, 187.3 feet along the South- <br />westerly right-of-way line of Nor -Del Hill Road; thence S 25° <br />14' E, 214.7 feet; thence N 87° 22' E, 30.0 feet; thence N 51a <br />48' E, 238.00 feet; thence Northwesterly 170.0 feet more or less <br />to the point of beginning. <br />2. MUEREA , the said owner desires to place certain restrictions <br />thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title <br />hereafter; <br />3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing <br />to and from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said <br />land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restric- <br />tions, the following restrictions are hereby imposed and shall <br />p' constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding <br />upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their succes- <br />sors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them un- <br />`r <br />less, pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said <br />restrictions are amended or terminated. <br />The premises may be used only for a residential building contract- <br />ing business. <br />4.
