ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2479 -- T <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the LC- 1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot �2 of Certified Survey Map #1547 as recorded on page <br />0313 in Volume 6 of Certified Survey maps in the Dane County Re- <br />gister of Deeds Office and is a part of the SV 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section <br />5, T6N, PSE, Town of Verona, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 5; thence S 00° <br />58' W, 1389.3 feet; thence N 88° 23' E, 300.0 feet; thence S 00° 58' W, <br />391.70 feet; thence N 70° 16' E, 134.22 feet; thence S 50° 39' 40" E, <br />67.32 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 70° 16' W, 187.3 feet <br />along the Southeasterly right--of-way line of Nor -Del Hill Road; thence <br />S 25° 14' E, 214.7 feet; thence N 87° 22' E, 30.0 feet; thence N 51° 48' <br />E, 238.00 feet; thence Northwesterly 170.0 feet more or less to the point <br />of beginning. <br />This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days, <br />following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the <br />owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br />running i n favor of Dane County as w e 11 as owners of the land. <br />The premises may be used only for a residential contracting business. <br />EFFEC"_'IVE a AUG 12 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
