ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2494 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />SPRINGFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the V 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Springfield, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the intersection of the North South quarter line of Section and the centerline <br />of Martinsville Road; thence N 50° 28' E, 257.12 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continue N 50° 28' E to the North line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East along the said <br />North line to a point which is 793.32 feet West of the Northeast comer of the &V 1/4 SE 1/4; <br />thence South 214.5 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence Southtothe South line of the N 1/4 <br />of said V 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West along said South line to a point described as follows: <br />Commencing at the point of beginning of this description; thence S 400 12' E, 180.52 felt; <br />thence S 09° 07' E, 62.80 feet to the South line of the N 1/2 of said SV 1/4 SE 1/4; thence <br />continue with this description; thence N 09° 07' W, 62.80 feet; thence N 40° 12' W, 180.52 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL11 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
