ZONING ORDINANCE AIVENDNEM N0. 2 4 9 6 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include i n the x11-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Section 1, Town of Fitchburg, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the centerline of East Clayton Road, that is <br />2,868 feet West of the East line of said Section l; thence South 532 <br />feet; thence East 300 feet; thence North 659.5 feet to said center- <br />line of East Clayton Road; thence S 89° W, 132 feet; thence S 68° W, <br />182 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 16 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
