ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2498 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SPRINGFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of S p r i n g f i e l d be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 17/4 SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Springfield, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 16; thence S 89° <br />20' 51" W, 1980.81 feet to the North quarter corner of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4 <br />which is also the point of beginning; thence N 89° 29' 40" E, 300.0 <br />feet thence S 00° 20' 51" W, 330.0 feet; thence S 89° 29' 40" W, 300.0 <br />feet; thence N 00° 20' 51" E, 330.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE AUG 19 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
