ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2499 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MONTROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 SV 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Montrose, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 27; thence S 89° <br />29' 30" E, 1037.24 feet along the East-West quarter line to the point <br />of beginning; thence continue N 89° 29' 30" E; 344.5 feet; thence S 001 <br />00' 20" E,295.2 feet; thence S 891 29' 30" W, 344.33 feet; thence N 00° <br />O1' 30" w,295.2 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: NOV 10 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
