ZONING ORDINANCE ANENDMENT N0. 2501 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />PLEASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the IAV 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 17, thence N 86° 58' <br />48" E, 534.09 feet; thence S 24° 25' 51" E, 590.71 feet; thence S 29° <br />42' 51" E, 176.75 feet; thence S 12° 27' 38" E, 153.00 feet to the <br />point of beginning of this description; thence N 79" 36' 55" E, 266.00 <br />feet; thence S 00° 37' 51" E, 189.75 feet; thence S 72° 57' 07" W, <br />241.00 feet; thence N 09° 26' 49" W, 215.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE : AUG 1 6 1930 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
