ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2504 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />VERMONT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be <br />amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture & RH-1 Rural District <br />the following described land: Homes. <br />TO RH-1: <br />A part of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Vermont, more fully de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 02, Certified Survey Map No. <br />2534, Volume 10, Page 92, which point is 770.93 feet easterly from the <br />Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 25° 13' 53" E, 762.77 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence N 25° 13' 53" E, 482.12 feet; <br />thence N 45° 40' E 398 feet; thence N 77° 14' E 63 feet; thence S 89° <br />10' E 258 feet; thence N 72° 23' E 129 feet; thence N 53° 32' E 96 <br />feet; thence S 87° 32' 36" W 1183.98 feet; thence on a curve to the <br />left of radius 390 feet and long chord of S 51° 54' 41" W 127.75 feet; <br />thence S 42° 29' 06" W 324.73 feet; thence S 47° 30' 54" E, 668.50 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />TO A-2: <br />A part of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Vermont, more fully de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map No. <br />2534, Volume 10 Page 92, which point is 770.93 feet easterly from the <br />Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 32° 35' 14" W, 883.30 <br />feet; thence on a curve to the right of radius 1647 feet and long chord <br />of N 39° 48' 46" E, 30.66 feet; thence N 49° 39' 14" W, 33.100 feet; <br />thence N 40" 20' 46" E, 183.41 feet; thence N 42° 29' 06" E, 288.23 <br />feet; thence S 47° 30' 54" F 668.50 feet; thence S 25° 13' 53" W 762.77 <br />feet to the point of commencement. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 16 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
