ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2520 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be <br />amended to include in the x-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 %V 1/4 and part of Government Lot #4 of Section 23, <br />Town of Dunn, described as follows: <br />Commencing at <br />the Southwest corner of said Section 23; <br />thence East <br />1209.59 feet; <br />thence North 33 feet; thence N 870 E, 55 <br />feet <br />to the <br />point of beginning; <br />thence North 142.2 feet; thence N <br />76° E, <br />207.18 <br />feet; thence <br />S 27° E, 110 feet; thence along a curve to <br />the <br />right <br />whose radius <br />is 540 feet and whose long chord bears S <br />69" W, <br />270 feet <br />to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 13 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
