ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2521 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include i n the C-1 Commercial & Light Mfa. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Fitchburg, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said NW 1/4; thence West 966.5 <br />feet; thence N 300 W, 544 feet; thence S 590 W, 165 feet to the point <br />of beginning; thence S 59° W, 165 feet; thence S 301 E, 264 feet; <br />thence N 59° E, 165 feet; thence N 300 W, 264 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: SEP 13 1988 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
