ZONING ORDINANCE AN6ND/BVT NO. 2523 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />SPRINGFIELD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be <br />amended to include i n the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Springfield, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 7; thence S 890 <br />38' W, 635.53 feet along the North line of Section 7 to the point of <br />beginning; thence continue S 89° 38' W, 225 feet along said North <br />line and the centerline of S.T.H. #19' thence S 00° 50' W, 992.87 feet; <br />thence S 89° 45' E, 225 feet parallel to and 330 feet from the South <br />line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 00° 22' W, 1059 feet along the West <br />line of Lot #1 of Certified Survey recorded on page 295 in Volume 6, <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: f4�GV 10 121`60 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
