ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2524 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of WESTPORT The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) District Y the following described land. Parts of Sections 11 and 14 of the Town of Westport, described as follows: The E 1/2 NE 1/4 and the S 3/4 SV 1/4 NE 1/4 df said Section 11_ Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of said Section 14, described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 14; thence S 000 06' 58" E, 33.0 feet to the South line of Bong Road and the point of be- ginning of this description; thence S 00° 06' 58" E, 1296.72 feet, along the North- South quarter line; thence N 89° 43' 08" E, 2643.0 'feet, more or less, along the South line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4; thence N 000 34' 26" E, 490.0 feet, more or less along the west line of River Road; thence S 890 50' 56" W, 200.0 feet; thence N 00° 34' 26" E, 300.0 feet; thence N 890 50' 56" E, 0.7 feet; thence N 00° 34' 26" E, 300.0 feet; thence S 890 50' 56" W, 141.7 feet; thence N 00° 34' 26" W, 233.0 feet; thence S 890 50' 56" W, 1245.0 feet, more or less, along the South line of Bong Road to the Northeast corner of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Volume 10, Pages 168 and 169; thence S 23° 33' 26" W, 289.9 feet; thence on a curve to the right which has a radius of 56.25 feet and a chord which bears S 47'0 31' 16" W, 45.69 feet; thence S 71° 29' 06" W, 287.7 feet; thence S 00 55' 04" E, 52.0 feet; thence S 89° 50' 56" W, 304.6 feet; thence N 0° 55' 04" W, 253.0 feet; thence N 41° 48' 50" W, 248.79 feet; thence S 89° 50" 56' W, 173.7 feet, more or less along the South line of Bong Road to the point of beginning.
