ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2670 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the W 1/4 and in the NW 1/4 of Section -5, Town of Fitchburg, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 5; thence N 01° 39' 03" <br />E, 430.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 01° 39' 03" E, 1656:95 <br />feet; thence N' 33° 14' 57" E, 540.32 feet to a point of curve; thence Northeasterly <br />along a curve to the right which has a radius of 1384.41 feet and a chord which bears <br />N 520 35' 14" E, 749.00 feet; thence S 01° 02' 33"W, 386.47 feet; thence S 88° 52' <br />26" W, 37.33 feet to a start of curve; thence Southwesterly along a curve to the left <br />which has a radius of 8763.27 feet and a chord which bears S 04° 55' 23" W, 483.76 feet; <br />thence S 86° 39' 32" E, 50.00 feet to a start of curve; thence Southwesterly along a <br />curve to the left which has a radius of 8713.27 feet and a chord which bears S 00° 21' <br />31" W, 906.83 feet; thence S 02° 37' 27" E, 1108.92 feef; thence S 43° 28' 51" W, 138.62 <br />feet; thence S 89° 35' 08" W, 338.47 feet; thence N 010 39' 03" E, 430.44 feet thence <br />S 890 35' 08" W, 526.60 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: I" 16 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
