ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2671 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />C(3ITAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the c -a commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 W 1/4 of Section 11, Town of C ttage Grove, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Selion 11; thence N 00° 48' E, 936.45 <br />feet; thence along the arc of a 3729.72 foot radius curve to the right, whose long <br />chord bears N 54° 36' 21" W, 70.26 feet; thence S 35° 56' 02" W, 5.00 feet; thence <br />along the arc of a 3734.72 foot radius curve to the right, whose long chord bears N 51° <br />27' 31" W, 339.83 feet; thence S 89° 05' E, 181.54 feet; thence N 0° 55' E, 155.00 feet, <br />,,; b the point of beginning of this description, thence East, 147.60 feet, thence S 00° <br />48' W, 75.00 feet; thence W, 147.60 feet, more or less, to a point which is 75.00 feet <br />S 00" 55' W of the point of beginning; thence N 000 55' E, 75.00 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUIN 15 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
