ZONING ORDIN NCE AMENDMENT N0. 2672 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of ARINGFIELD The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the LC -1 Limited commercial & A-1 District the following described land: Agriculture (Exclusive) Part of the ISE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Springfield. TO LC -1 LIMITED COMVIR- CIAL: Beginning at the East quarter corner of saint Section 6; thence West along the East-West quarter line of said Section 6, 600 feet more or less; thence South 200 feet more or less to the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S.H. #12; thence Southeasterly: along said right-of-way 400 feet more or less; thence Northeasterly at right angles to said right-of-way 440 feet more or less to the East line of said SE 1/4; thence North along said East line 200 feet more or less to the point of beqinning. TO A-1 AGRICULTURE (EXCLUSIVE): Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of U.S.H. #12 and the East line of said Section 6; thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way 200 feet thence Northeasterly at right angles 100 feet; thence Southeasterly parallel to said right-of-way to the East line of said Section 6; thence Southerly along said East line to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a Certified Survey Map will be prepared for approval and recording. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified Survey Map that describes the land to be included in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District is recorded in, the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
