ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2693 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of <br />Lots 1 and 2 <br />of Certified Survey <br />Map No. 3161, Volume 12, Page 217, being in <br />the ISE <br />1/4 NW 1/4 of <br />Section 32, Town of <br />Cottage Grove, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing <br />at the North <br />quarter corner of said <br />Section 32; thence S 00° 06' 00" E <br />249.26 <br />feet; thence N <br />77° 19' 49" W 8.36 <br />feet; thence Northwesterly along the South <br />line of <br />Lot #2, 80 feet <br />to the point of <br />beginning; thence continue along the South <br />line of <br />Lots 1 and 2, <br />102.5 feet; thence <br />North 156 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence <br />South 179 <br />feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: �, L I 1 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
